Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC® Cyprus)

Ronald McDonald House Charities Cyprus (RMHC® Cyprus) is part of the global RMHC network operating in over 65 countries. Their mission is simple, but powerful: keeping families close to their children during serious illness. They support families whose children are hospitalised by providing free accommodation, meals and daily living expenses, emotional support and community and family-centred care programmes. In 2025 the Foundation adopted Family Room No. 7 – The Leventis Family Room – as part of the Adopt-a-Room programme at Ronald McDonald House in Nicosia. Thanks to this donation, 58 families were able to stay close to their sick children, free of charge for a total of 720 overnight stays, with the longest continuous stay reaching 69 nights.
