The Nicosia Municipal Multifunctional Foundation

The Nicosia Municipal Multifunctional Foundation is a social support and community services organisation operated by Nicosia Municipality. With an annual donation of €20,000 since 2013, the Foundation has been a pivotal supporter of the Nicosia Municipal Multifunctional Foundation’s Children’s Protection and Activity Centre. This centre caters to about 500 underprivileged children each year; after school, they have a meal, do their homework and participate in art, dance, board games, sports and English language lessons. The Foundation’s contribution is crucial, as it enables the maintenance of an affordable participation cost for vulnerable families, while also ensuring free access for children who are genuinely in need, all while safeguarding the provision of high-quality care and social protection services. The Foundation’s support is invaluable, strengthening social cohesion and the protection of the most vulnerable groups.
